there is not jam at dutamas. garden one better leave early.
still able to get below 400k? i thought was near 580k quoted by agents.

there's a sign on the traffic light in front of Lanai Kiara advertising bank lelong KDS unit for RM338K. no other details... but even for the smallest unit (1088 sq/f) that's really cheap. assuming there's no dead body in the fridge lah |

yeah, one being auctioned from 388k but there are also a lot of listing in iproperty.com.my <500k
