I'm currently staying in KDS. Bought a unit late last year. Not much idea on appreciation & rental rates, but I do know that my unit has appreciated about 20-30K since I bought it. However, there are several notices of bank lelongs around the area about sub 400K units in KDS. The occupancy now seems quite low. Mainly tenanted by expats with children in Garden school, and also teaching staffs. For own stay, it's nice & quiet. For lovers of older ladies, there are a lot of MILFs biggrin.gif

I hate the school traffic jams in the morning, and also the afternoon jam caused by people going into Segambut area.

there's a sign on the traffic light in front of Lanai Kiara advertising bank lelong KDS unit for RM338K. no other details... but even for the smallest unit (1088 sq/f) that's really cheap. assuming there's no dead body in the fridge lah biggrin.gif
