I didn't receive any birthday reload reminder from Digi as well, but I topped up anyway since they had my information way before registeration was compulsory for prepaid. I got the birthday bonus :-)

But if you want to be on the safe side, should have a talk with customer service representative first.

I am on prepaid and on 16th of July I received a text message from Digi saying:

"Digi's International SMS rate will be revised to RM0.50/sms eff 3/8. Sms to Indonesia, China, Bangladesh, S'pore, Philippines, Nepal, India and Thailand remains at RM0.20"

Since I spend the most on International SMS, I am not happy with this news at all! mad.gif
