Hi guys. One quick question. I'm about to terminate my Digi Internet Broadband (a lady called me few days ago and mentioned that I still have outstanding fees that need to be clear).

So I'm wondering is it possible to do so in Digi Specialized Store, such as the one in Mid Valley? Did they open on Sunday as well? Operating hours?

I just went to the Digi Specialized Store in Berjaya Times Square just now and heck there's a lot of people there... Didn't feel like waiting.. That's why plan to go for Mid Valley as early as possible tomorrow.

May I then know the nearest Digi Centre in PJ? Thought Digi Specialized Store IS Digi Centre?

I see. So I can do both payment and termination at Digi Centre as well? Do they operate on Sunday?

BTW it's weird because the lady that called me say that I can only cancel my Digi Internet in Specialized Store instead of any Digi Centre.
