Guys, I just changed from postpaid digi to prepaid digi this morning. The staff gave me a new sim prepaid sim card and told me that after a period of time my postpaid sim will be be out service. As what she said, the postpaid sim now no longer having any signal so I plugged in the new prepaid sim. Problem is, my phone is giving me an "Inactive SIM" status? Any idea? Do i need to topup first or something? Or do i just need to wait for a while? Thanks for the help guys

hmm.gif Probably you need to wait for a while or just call them 016-2211800 and tell them your situation. Get ready with the SIM card, activation should be able to be done quite instant.

fruitie,

how is your 3G line in PJ area?

will you always see the 3G symbol? or sometimes it will drop back to Edge?

and how is the connection for 3G when you're in PJ, almost full bar or full bar all the time?

I don't get full bars in 3G mode, so I use GSM on my phone, hence I get full bars.
For my Internet, I lock my modem to only 3G mode. So it won't switch to EDGE.
3-4 bars of HSDPA, good enough, maximum speed. biggrin.gif

In a way, consumers have not much choice. That's the only way to get official warranty for Malaysian market.
Else, we have to buy from overseas which we can't claim warranty locally.

Maxi$ is coming to my office to have two days roadshow starting tomorrow, the employees will stand a chance to win Bold 2 and iPhone 3GS. If I can win one, then I'll say bye bye to DiGi. tongue.gif laugh.gif
