That's not the 1st time i heard that comment b4, last time mozact or is it XiuKeong also mention the same thing, apparently with intel u need high clock speed to have a lag free experience in games
Maybe in games AMD chips produce higher minimum FPS than Intel so thats why u don't see any lagging
