for me, trfc related with bandwidth, when u use 75ns it consume a lot of voltage.. this is usually a culprit when come to the oc of ram.. usually when u need to find the best clock, best to start with ram oc with the value of 195ns.. or loosen it..

i don't what is 256mb for? 512mb....and so on..

sometimes u may feel ur system slow in responsive time.. first to adjust, this trfc, second the main timing, follow with NB speed, and then the main clock for processor.. that should be the sequence for it... based on my noob experience playing superpi
