If yes can I use American Express credit card and will there be any extra charges ?

Hi there. You can apply for the scholarship together with the programme. There is no interview required. It is purely based on merit result. You can pay the fee with 50% tuition fee waiver starting from your first semester.

Oic. But I've alr applied the programme previously. So now, I just have to hand in the scholarship form? And how long does it take to proceed? Do I need to show any proof while paying the fee?

Hi there. Since you have applied for the programme, you will just need to hand in the scholarship application form, with certified true copy of your STPM result, SPM result, School Leaving Certificate and IC. When you pay the fee, you will just need to make the necessary deduction. Do not worry, just come to the Information Centre and we will assist you as much as we can.

Hi there. The only pre-university programme that has another intake is the Monash University Foundation Year and intake is on August 15.

hypothetically speaking, if i enrol on MUFY august intake and find its not suitable for me, can i hold the fees that i'd paid for next year AUSMAT intake ?

Hi there. If you start off MUFY in August intake and finds that it is not suitable for you, you can transfer part of your fee into next year AUSMAT's intake providing you transfer within 2 weeks. If you transfer after 2 weeks, no fees will be transferable.

May I know how should we calculate our average marks at the end of the course?

Hi, may I know,

1) how many students are usually enrolled in the Psychology degree program per intake?

2) Also, what activities do the Psychology students have all year round other than attending classes? Do they do community works, visits to mental health institutions, etc?

3) What are the Advanced Topics in Psychology that students learn in the third year of the course?

4) Are internship opportunities available for students from year 1 - 3 or only in year 3?

3) The Advanced Topics in Psychology consists of a series of lectures on a wide rage of topics that are typical to the field of psychology. These lectures examine the psychologist's perspectives ont he following ares: pain management, bereavement, health and ethics.

My friend was a SPM art stream student, can he take MUFY science stream subject (biology , chemistry) ?

Hi there, if your friend was a SPM art stream student, he will not be eligible to take the science subjects in MUFY

We are open during weekend until end of this week only. After this, we are open during weekdays from 8.30am - 5.30pm. We will be open during weekends from the middle of November onwards until middle of January 2012.
