You mean there's no more CFAB intake for this year?

What if I finish my A level at another university and enroll into ICAEW course at Sunway? Does Sunway recognize A level from other uni like Taylor and Inti? If yes, what is the minimum A level result to get into ICAEW course? Since Sunway website only stated "excellent A level result".

Hi there. I am so sorry as I mis-read your enquiry. For this year, CFAB has another intake on 5 July 2011.

The minimum A Level result to get into ICAEW directly will normally be a minimum of AAA. On top of that, you will also be required to attend an interview. If you are active in your extra curricular activities, that would be helpful too.

Hi there. The English and Mathematics Placement Test are meant to place the students of the different levels into different groups so that there is not such a large gap between the students and the lecturers.

As for a pharmacy degree, it is compulsory to take at least Maths, not Fundamental Maths. If you wish to seek confirmation, you will need to check with Monash University.

I would like to give myself another chance doing science stream once again...when is the course commence and when is the deadline to register ?

Hi there. If you are taking MUFY, you are required to take English, Chemistry, and choose 2 subjects from Biology, Physics and Mathematics. As for the placement tests, you will just to prepare some stationery.

Hi there. As Pharmacy is a competitive programme and they will only look at taking a limited number of students every year, you will definitely need to work very hard in order to achirve high academic marks. On top of that, you will also need to go through an interview. The university will also be looking back at your SPM result, and they will normally consider a minimum of B in your 3 sciences and Add Maths.

The MUFY programme will be commencing on 4 July, and you will be advised to apply anytime now till 4 July. If you are seeking accommodation, you are recommended to apply as soon as you can.

Hi there. It will normally be 4 units for first semester and another 4 units for second semester as far as JPA is concern. So if you wish to take the subject arrangement, you will need to check with the relevant department during your Orientation.

Hi, thanks for ur reply. Another thing i would like to ask. I have a diploma in accounting from segi college, cgpa 3.9. do u think i stand a chance for the chancellor scholarship to apply for the degree in accounting and finance? while the chancellor sship's deadline is at 22nd july, does that mean after that only i would get the reply? Won't that b too late to enroll into the degree in acc & fin from Lancaster Uni ? There's 2 types of degree in acc & fin rite ? From Lancaster Uni (Intake August) and Victoria Uni (Intake July) AND, i saw that the requirement to maintain the sship is to maintain 70% grade average, as every uni's cgpa is diff, 70% equals to how many cgpa for sunway uni ?

Hi there. Worst come to worst, if you did really badly in the English Placement Test, and will be starting from the lower level English. You might then need to spend another semester. As for the fee, an additional subject is RM3100.

As for Maths, if you did really badly, you might want to opt for Mathematics for Data Management instead of Advanced Functions then.
