Reincarnation is the most logical answer lol. , poor ending to a great series IMO.

Am I the only one that feel that it is a good ending actually?

That world is not where they suppose to stay, its for people to fulfill their wish and move on.
Maybe people feel sad because of otonashi's yelling and tears after tenshi disappear. (i agree that scene is abit sad)
However I think that was just his impulsive move(confess to tenshi), if hinata didn't volunteer to go first, otonashi will simply disappear, and he didn't have to go through all the pain. In other words, otonashi sendiri gatal, cari pasal But in the end they still manage to meet back each other in the real life.

So the current path isn't bad at all imo.

Another question appeared, what will happen to tenshi if otonashi leave before hinata? since she cant fulfill her wish now.

comma theory doesnt actually contradict...it could appear to be only otonashi the only one who died leaving aside others...others might be juz stuck thr becoz of their past that they cant wake up from their dreams..well of coz tis is wat i think...not all of em is dead..

wonder why most of you guys say it's a bad ending.. it was quite good, IMO.

what would've made it better are scenes after the "reincarnation".

well you are not alone... i think its ended nicely, but just kinda rush... still acceptable for me...

the ending is not that bad, but i hafta agree it is too rushed and there are some slight let down on whut had happened to others after 'knocking on heaven's door'

well in my opinion, the ending is a bit too expected from key ... hence the many dissapointment
they should just do something radical and mindf*ck everyone like any good anime will do

maybe like kanade and yuri hug each other and confess their love for each other
or maybe yuri realise she is the real god and change the world according to her wishes

something doesnt seem quite right with this statement... then it would plagiarize the other series. you know the other Yuri who look like series...
