I'm sure there are many big One Piece fans out there! And if you're a fan, I'm pretty sure you might have collected some of their notable merchandise!!


SO WHY NOT POST THEM UP ON HERE OR SHARE INFORMATION ABOUT THEM!!



So as we all know the licensing for One piece is pretty expensive so there's only a few major companies that produce One Piece collectibles mainly;

Most of the POPs are discontinued so its really hard to find them cheap. But can start collecting the new POPs la.

Ill post most of mine tonight or something.

each POP exclude chopper, cost around RM200-RM250 .. there're 9 crews in straw hat pirates ... and they will come out by wave wit 2 characters each .. so save RM500 at least for each wave ..

Hmm, no phone or cam to take a pic. But I got Chopper from those egg machine thingy tongue.gif It's bout thumb size and Chopper is holding his yellow pill with grumpy face. So happy. Got the Bandai thing so I assume it's the real thing. RM8, nothing compare to those action figures but to me, ain't cheap for a egg. Hope can get the whole set. thumbup.gif

Hmm bro, i bought from cineleisure there all original POP. They pre-order it from Taiwan. Once they got stock, the guy will call me. Confirm 100% original because u can see if replica one the quality is super fake like those sell at comic store nowadays. U buy one ori chibi is RM 75-RM 85. If fake one, RM 15-RM 35 u can get jor sweat.gif
But im not sure the guy still got work there or not. Cos long time he nvr call me jor. I regret i never take the chopper last time. He offer me Chopper Actually Size Doll (Heard from him that is doll is super big size order from Japan) for RM 600. That time i'm jobless so i didn't buy cry.gif

i got my POP Ace from Play-Asia .. rm170 include shipping .. of course original.. hehehe..


Sun Comics do have a set of original Chibi POP zoro,nami,nojiko ... rm250 ... that's the only original i saw .. others all bootlegs...

for fakes/bootlegs.. the box already can tell.. it comes wit a thin cheap box.. original box is harder... that's 1st..

2nd, the toei sticker.. should determine the authentication of it...

3rd, use your senses... check the figure from the window box... fake stuff figures looks very2 ugly... they look nothing like the character... eg: cross eyes, uneven paintjob, bad body posture,

but there are fake sticker.. so if wanna really know, have to remove the sticker to see the toei watermark, or unless ur eyes is that sharp to tell the diff in the shapes of the logo

as u can see the inconsistency of the lines and outlines on the fake, compared to the ori, which has finer lines and consistence thickness, and the cat whiskers is visible too

the gasaphon i bought no toei stickers ler...haiz...the set i bought is one piece strong world..happenly bought at GM klang....1 supllier who got many aeroplane models there...the series One piece:Strong WorldVer2...checked the figure inside, the figure is painted quite well in my sense...well there are some leaked paint lah...the stand there got 1 number "8" and three dots round the stand, the box art looks not so bright in colours lor....maybe few days later i post up the imange then let u guys judge for me...

just ask the ebay seller laa... and check their feedbacks... if you received the item not as expected, you can file complain and get a refund..

for gashapons, the toei sticker only pasted on the carton box... when you bought it in set; set of 10 .. the big box will have that sticker, the individual boxes dont have..

but still, gashapons also you can tell if it's fake or not

ok la just one tips as to buying original figures, original figures have a plastic wrap around the figure inside the box, something like those transparent food wrap.. inside the box..and usually, fake dont come with display stand, meaning the bottom plate u put ur figure on.. some fakes do have stand, but sometimes the name spell wrong.

but since urs gashapon. so i dunno la haha

If really fake one, can see it very obvious. Skin colours is more glossy. Lauya quality. And gap between head also obvious. Really made in China style. Eye and eyebrow painting also lauya.

the yellow box is 1st version ace... it has support stand... not the NEO series...
later megahouse release ace under NEO series, wont have to use a support stand.. wit better sculpting details... biggrin.gif

neo series revamps all that, removing the support stand.. and give more details and accuracy to ace...

hmm the pictures i see one neo 2, ace's lef hand is lower than his belt, and his dagger angle is about 45 degrees.. but the one i have, his hand is beside his belt, and dagger angle is like 80 degrees..

meaning there are 6 dioramas u can see in that pix there...
and each diorama, include 1 piece of part ...
get all 6 parts, combine into bigger diorama of garp & ace..

that is how i understand laa... usually like that.. laugh.gif


nami and zoro both looks nice... though nami could have more accessories to make her more variety ... it says, nami (ending scene)
the 1st sw nami was in her suit ... zoro ver.1 in his adventure outfit ..
zoro ver.2 now will be in his suit .. and chopper ver.2 also feature him in his suit..

wanna start collecting one piece then start with the current line up which is Portrait of pirates Strong edition, good details and nicely done. close to the actual drawing of anime.

so right now u wanna collect, u can still order strong world usopp, robin, franky, chopper version2, sanji, brook, zoro version2, and nami version2, i think luffy and chopper version 1 still available. wanna buy u go buy now. lolz

the older line up is portrait of pirates NEO, which has NEO vol 1 - 7, each vol having 2 or 3 figures per wave. but currently only neo 7 have stock. which is tashigi and smoker, cuz of reissue. there's also NEO DX, which means Neo Deluxe, is specially for the shichibukai or marine generals, so far aokiji, mihawk, crocodile and kuma still in stock. the rest all sold out! unless u wanna pay more ex and buy in ebay

each portrait of pirates ( POP ) cost about 180+ some 200+ chopper usually 80+ cuz small size, the bigger sized ones like franky brook, kuma.. usually cost about 200-250++

other than that.. got alot of other smaller figures la.. but those details look good but not as detailed. from bandai, banpresto.

want more details on all the figures u can go here

go back a few pages. i got list down the websites to buy

as for shipping, each POP roughly about 60-80 ringgit. if by express shipment. if normal non registered then about 30-50.. both depending on the size of your figure.. usually is within that price for shipment

I did think of Bandai... but after compare between Bandai and Banpresto, I decided to go for Banpresto. If you compare them carefully, Banpresto 7 warlords are more accurate and detail compare to Bandai. Moreover, Bandai release them in candy box mean even you buy the whole box, you might not get what you want.

Size: 5cm vs 7cm
Detail: normal vs high quality

Yeah... but for DX, I will only collect all 9 figure of Strawhat pirates. The rest will be world collection figures.

For Banpresto's product, I only check HLJ and AmiAmi... but HLJ expensive and normally does not show picture. Not to mention their product name is misleading...
AmiAmi has some but not much, they do not have World Collection series.

So compare Bandai to Banpresto... Bandai is more easy to get but normally they come in random candy box or low quality. POP series is quite ez to get as well but expensive, though their quality is really good.

That's why understanding so far in short period for collecting One Piece. Unless someone can pinpoint where else can get Banpresto DX figure and World collection figure as well.

to know the shipping cost, just add item to cart.. then checkout... next page you will see a drop down box, choose malaysia.. it will show the shipping cost for SAL and EMS ... both will have tracking number... no worries.. SAL about 7-12 days ... EMS as fast 4-6days ..
