By looking at the workmanship/quality of the figure.. if the paint looks very badly done/cheap, it is likely a bootleg. Another thing to note is check the quality of the box as well. Usually it is very thin and fragile like paper.

Ohhh what a shame then.. wish they had articulated scales like that for OP figures... (which doesn't require painting and assembling of our own xD)

Really dunno how to camp for One Piece's stuff lol.. just like the new Figuarts Ace and Shanks it went down so fast even after I discover on the day itself.
