First, get a debit or credit card. then register an account in paypal and link your card to paypal. Second, goto any online site that accept paypal, order an item and pay by paypal. They either have a link directly to paypal to ask you to pay or ask you to send money to them thru paypal.
Added on July 31, 2010, 3:29 pmdo take note if u used credit card in paypal, there is 2.5% charge for currency conversion. And there will probably be another 0.8% charge by your credit card bank.

I told him normally box is with TOEI sticker. He said he has replica figure with original box as well so is not big deal... I was like... WTH!
