normally for international courier, they charge in steps of 500gms.. so 1BD or 2BD have same costs as they in the same weight bracket.. but, the seller may or may not charge extra for prepaid courier, if you buy more than 1 even if same weight bracket.. (cari makan mah..)
I had ordered 2 BDs from Yesasia yesterday using express service and today their email me an updated invoice to include free BD without charging me additional express service charge.
But by right their should give me "Lady Cop & Papa Crook (Blu-ray) (Director's Cut) (US Version)" since this is the copy their claim "missing" but instead their give me this week gift BD "If You Are The One (Blu-ray) (US Version)" I am suppose to watch Sammi Cheng (郑秀文) and now I have to watch Shu Qi (舒淇) and Vivian Hsu (徐若瑄). I will even happier if their give me "Eyescream Fiesta - Chrissie Chau (Blu-ray) (Hong Kong Version) Too greedy... This girl is really a little bit hot.

amazon still on holiday.. my order placed on 28dec all not ship yet..
Amazon already better lo. Often when I ordered from Yesasia using express service, their will still wait for 7 - 14 days before dispatch my orders. Their always pending due to sourcing from suppliers for the BDs I order. Only one type of movie usually will face this problem. If you know what I mean...

I think I am unlucky one cause it's been already more than 1 month...
1 month is lucky lo. My 1st BF order if this time everything ok may take more than 2 months.
Just finished watching part 5 of life. It seem to me all the cameramen are using Panasonic FullHD Camera. The camera is quite big compared with the model sold in market.
A friend of mine kena the same as our bro low98944. His BF order was classified as "undeliverable" & his order was given a refund...wtf!!!? So, to those still awaiting for theirs, just keep ya fingers cross... hopefully this won't happen to u
Told him to write to Amazon and ask for re-order those BDs and remember ask for discount if current price higher than previously order.
Sony and Panasonic have announced that they have developed a new optical disc evaluation technology that will allow the layer capacity of Blu-ray media to increase from 25GB to 33.4GB using existing Blu-ray laser diodes. This would presumably allow existing Blu-ray hardware - including Blu-ray Disc players and burners - to play the proposed discs with a simple firmware upgrade.
Currently, disc evaluation is accomplished by analyzing disc jitter, but at higher capacity, that technique becomes unreliable. Sony and Panasonic resolved this by developing i-MLSE (Maximum Likelihood Sequence Estimation) evaluation index, which can perform the same function as jitter but at higher capacities.
Computing MLSE is typically a very processor intensive process, but new advances in hardware development make this not only possible but also in real time (similar to jitter).
No word on when or if the Blu-ray Disc Association will evaluate the proposed layer capacity increase for inclusion in the Blu-ray spec, but with Sony and Panasonic two of the largest Blu-ray members, it will likely happen sometime later this year.
This, I think, got mix effects. Some of the movie will reduce size from BD (50GB) to BD (33GB) or some movie will reduce from 2 Discs set to 1 Disc only. On the other hand, some movie may increase number of extra in 1 BD.

Added on January 5, 2010, 8:49 pm It happenn.ed to me recently.. reason given was tat adrs label is prbbly unreadable - happenned on de US side thou' since it was a 'returned' pckg..
I asked them to reship but CS say they cant do tat . Asked me to re order. Prblm is sum ttls hv gone up in price... Good thing is tat CS gave me free shipping for de 're order' thou'...
Their, at first, also ask me to reorder and give me free shipping but I counter propose to give me discount so that all BDs remain same price as previously when I order and I only need to paid for shipping cost. I should even ask for free shipping. but anyway, I save $15 at the end.

Does anyone know if BBC's Life (UK Version) can be played on local PS3? I've been reading conflicting reports and just want to make sure before I order.
I am watching Life over these few days. I think it is region free since I can play in my Region A BD player.
