i7 comes in 2 flavours...
the 700, 800 and 900 series, which are quaddies... and also the 600 series (which include the low voltage and ultra low voltage version of the Arrandale), which are dual... i5 and i4 are strictly duals... |

i would probably go for i5 500 series...
dual but still with HT and Turbo, and more importantly, high clock, while keeping at acceptable price due to the cut in L3 cache... or maybe, AMD's 35W Phenom II N900 quaddie... This post has been edited by astria: Dec 28 2009, 01:54 AM |
