If warranty, we can opt to extend right?
For me, I rather go for benq since it is just 1 more year warranty from asus.

But it is spoiling the processor market price as well. You can see the huge price different of processor.
Gaming laptop to near 4k range, yeah... But directly beat those entry level gaming laptop also, what a waste of model...

Yup, BD still expensive and that's one of the reason why i dun even bother looking for a BD drive ...in next couple of months the price for sure will drop ..

@josh: manufacturer bump price when they give authorized, then authorized also bump up a lot for the sake of their profit..after all, laptop, like mobile phones, profit margin is higher then 50%, and sometimes is sell 1 unit earn 1-1.5 unit one...
so u imagine asus 15'' gaming laptop is 7k, their stock price from manufacturer is prolly just around 4-5k..and u really think manufacturer even need half the cost to make it? i mean, the LCD is there, the cooling system is there, keyboard, change design little bit, bla bla...
