that's becuz the code is in a mess...

on my laptop, max graphic and lowest graphic has minimal impact on fps... max at 28fps only...

i tulan dl 14G game 1.. but not movie..

end up went to cc n copy the entire game..
i heard the game can have performance hack, which can reduce the total usage of cpu n gpu right?

maybe i can slightly reach 30 fps @ lowest setting?

i just enjoy roaming around (petrol fee in real life is exp) walking around, kick ppl's ass, be a maniac killer, ram here ram there.. n also of course, challenge the police force..
