back from the busy weekends. as what destfull describe...i was suppose to meetup with him for a COD and then proceed to uncle chin opening...unfortunately i was involve in a accident...total of 7 cars...due to a F*^KING road bully...3 cars crashes me from behind simultaneously...1 of the satria GTI was badly damage...a few ppl got injured, the worst was 1 of the passenger got a fracture skull

1 question here .. i dont really understand .. the bold part .. why dont we use faster shutter to compensate the overexpose? I am not really sure what is the effect of slow or fast shutter when shooting landscape because there is no moving object .. any clarification on this?

Basically, I never used a DSLR before.... I'm still a virgin.....

Kena poisoned until wanna pengsan, then go to the Sony centre, kena poison kaw kaw!!!

2) SAL18250 - RM 1700 (minus another RM100 as display set, dunno when will stock come, I cannot tahan already)

4) Sony bag - minus RM100 as I downgraded the bag

Size of hole in pocket = 4.7k (from my initial budget of 2k )

I couldn't get the new Sony Time 2010 promotion as the shop hasn't receive the new promotion/stock yet. Had to go with the older promotion. However, the guy was very helpful and after haggling and because I paid cash, managed to get the flash FOC and some discounts here and there.

What do you guys think? Is it a good bargain, considering I'm in Sibu and I don't have the luxury to go KL to buy.

Got one self-poisoning question. If I have my HVLF20AM, how can I make it flash wirelessly? You know, place the flash somewhere else around the subject?

kopitiam: Cheap optical slave flash - Sunpak PF20XD. Very small too and uses 2 AAA batteries.

ofcourse he knows (he might not now but lets assume he knows about HVLs but wanted a cheaper alternative) but he already stated there..

ita a re-make of Vivitar flash.. can do wireless but the TTL is a bit untrustworthy lah..

there's many more out there but u can always slowly go through review sites out there.. and good luck on ur hunt!

freddy manson I totally agree, but at the same time I would say, you should do all the research, god knows I have, but I found that third party flashes for sony are just not worth the time and money. (probably after some time they'll be) If you're using C @ N, get a third party flash to play around, it is definitely worth it! cheers mate!
