Vincent, I noticed in your pic that your rabbit is sitting on some blue mat. What mat is that? My rabbit now sits on some kain but he poops on it and pees on it too. I don't want to remove it as I am afraid he'll get sore hocks.
*
aiyo, we dont put kain at their cage as their floor. they might urine at the cloths and its smell...their shit stuck at those kain also....
i recomemend u go Jaya Jusco or Giant ...i think easily find those floor mat...i prefer go Giant.

sometimes my rabbit will hide her 4 legs and form her body like a ball.this is the best shot i can take.
if without the cage, the photo will look nice.

can anyone tell me what is this call for rabbit? meditation? or her previous life is a monk?

i put them together at one cage after half hour observe them together in play pan. i find it easier for me to clean the cage.
sadly, both of them dont have chemistry. they didnt "do" that things.

for sure,i buy another cage as i notice my colleague cage is more comfortable.as for skinny, how do i check whether she is under weight or not? she eat a lot and every night i let her exercise.

Ike's damn lazy.

[attachmentid=1783565]

He lao sai today when I cleaned his cage. That's weird. I didn't give him anything besides pellets and hay.  hmm.gif

I saw this Hay tunnel too. But it's kind of expensive rite? Is there any place else I can get it cheaper? I saw it at Pet Safari last week.
Btw,
Does your rabbit bite the rubber mat? Mine bites everything lar. I think he's still very young.
*
yea.expensive.u can DIY your own tunnel. use your creativity.

normally they bite when there is certan area where it is loose. if not, impossible they can bite it off. my cage is small and i had to cut certain floor mat. thus,it allow my rabbit 2 bite.

did u give them vegetables? u got change their water everyday?
wat hay u give? stop give him alfafa and pellets. give him only timothy hay until tomolo.
im sure his poox2 will turn to solid like their pellets..keke

Thank you.

I like HL a lot. They are calm and behave like a dog.

Yesterday I use broom to chase him. Guess what, he ignore me. I use broom to push him, he just sit/lie down as if nothing happen. Not in a scared position, but doesnt bother bout the broom at all.

Really kek si wa. It is so hard to make him run. He take his own sweet him. He very action and proud guy. What to do, he is cutest breed in the world.

That's strange. He was really interactive and playful when I saw him at the shop last week. From your description, he sounds like a different rabbit altogether.  blink.gif

any HL owner can advice whether HL only active at aircondition environment?

I let Mocha roam tonight and he moves just like at J Jay Petstation. I think morning weather makes him cant move due to fat body and thick fur. Just found out Beh & Yo dont breed holland lop. They import Mocha from overseas. As I call J Jay Petstation (only found out that from him).
I went to Pet Safari during lunch, a netherland dwarf cost only $150 where ND from Beh & Yo cost $450.

Attach is the photo that I saw this morning. Tonight I put them together at playpan garden and again this action took place. Quickly I take photo as evidence to show u guys. From this shameless photo, can I say Mocha can never mate with Cici?

Sigh.....speechless..............fail rabbit owner.........

Added on September 18, 2010, 9:21 ammocha is back to himself just like at J Jay Pet Station. he keep move here & there this morning even under hot sun. today i try catch him and he speed like lighting. super fast than my rabbit. with his heavy body, the momentum is superb when he bang at other places like gate. i think he adapt himself already. however, his appetite not as good as my rabbit. almost 80% of his pellet he finish ytd night. i separate him with my rabbit as she keep eat his food. Mocha pellet is Show Rabbit by Beh & Yo. My rabbit pellet is Haagen.
600gram Show Rabbit cost near $15 where 3kg Haagen cost near $20.

So much difference. Is it my pellet quality not good that why my rabbit not as meaty and heavy like Mocha? Can advice?

I like Mocha a lot. Even I let him roam at my garden, he doesn't run from me like Cici. He also come to me when I call him. Just few days with him, I already put my heart to him unlike Cici. He is very different. Hard to explain. I like to touch him, sayang him and look at him. Cham lor, when he back to my colleague, how am i going love Cici? i already ignore Cici and just play with Mocha. Not that I'm berat sebelah, just that Mocha is so different. He just like a dog.

Dont think the food/product influence them, I believe is the breed itself.

Its not the breed, each rabbit has a different personality, just like people. Having said that, please don't stop playing with cici, you're all she has.
