LF TANK and Heal at Thaurrisan server (Horde) to form up a regular team to running ICC 10 and TOGC 10. Must got ICC 10 arch OR >5k gs. Objective of form up this team is for save up the time LFG and wiping time .

GS is crap bro. Getting good gear is NOT the same as having good players.

i think its better to have wipes from time to time.
i mean if you keep run succesful raid after raid, the game get dull VERY quickly.

that was not fair. only invite player that have higher gearscore.
how about the fresh player that only start raid?

GS not everything. But with that u can done the raid abit easier.

how do you measure effectiveness? better GS -> better performance?

would a healer that don't aoe heal with higher gs makes any difference with a low gs healer that don't aoe heal?

Lol ppl dun understand GS. It's not to measure skill, it's to measure potential.

U can have a Ferrari with paria driver and a skilled driver in Kancil. The paria driver may crash at first turn but who would you bet on if you dunno the skill level of both drivers at all?

but i must add some times if you have too many gears and you can't decide which one to use

hm.. perhaps GS can help you a bit in end game gears

but if you are end game then it depends cause some boss is like stamina fight then you need larger pool of mana

some boss is like need tank that need full block set etc...

i just find it funny to see holydins in spirit gears just for a 'higher' GS and failed badly going oom...
or a holydin with only 400 haste?
or a holydin with a hit rating caster weapon (this i always LOL)

i am still using my BiS iLvL 200 libram as well as a iLvL200 trinket but look at my stats?

people should look at stats not GS as it is fine to downgrade gear to optimize ur stats...

SKILL > STATS > GS
if u got the skill, u would know wut stats you need which matter more than what the lvl of gear u are wearing...

not to mention GS lag the crap out of people...

I have this addon that disconnects people using gearscore.

everyone can do icc with ~4800 gs u go from 232>251 or 245>264

tbh 5k is overgeared...

Yeah, sounds like fun

i think those ask for 5K gs just want a smooth sail so they can farm their rare 1~5% drop.
they CAN carry their own weight, they just want their gear and no wipe.


i once read somewhere in official forum, that IF the raid got "a number" of player keep their GS addon active during boss fights, it will eventually clog up the data flow traffic and make someone DC. the ones with the GS on got a better chance on dcing.
its said having gs is like having a bot keep whisper to other gs information, updating every second.

i don't know if this is true. but i do know this,
authour of the GS in game name is Arxkanite, Detheroc server. (atleast he claim he is)

i've carried a 1day old lvl 80 dk into icc10...
icc10 is really a cakewalk...
