I've been trying to buy online using my visa cc card since evening.
But was unsuccessful for many times already. Last time it was ok.
Called Visa people, they say shouldn't be okie. Must have been GSC's error.
Anyone encounter similar problems?

me also have same problem, at last use MBB to purchase..

I have same problem. Try to book with Visa/MC , both failed.

Encouter that as well. GSC service down for CC. Maybank 2 u working?

There are like that cause too many ppl try to buy online. GSC and TGV got the biggest problem buying online when Transformers 2 was showing. I tried almost a week only can buy. This time i smart dy, buy 2 or 3 days before going to the movie...i just bought 3 days ago, successful via CC

I've had the same problem today. Basically I tried to pay using Maybank2u but it was unsuccessful

The problem was my bank account was charged and I didn't get any confirmation ID for the movie

Has anyone had this kind of problem in the past?

same with me lorh... my account also been charged for unsuccessful ticket...already called my bank, and they said wait at least 7 working days for them to transfer back the money...
