I dunno if it works or not.. U can try applying Vaseline..Petroleum Jelly onto ur lips n sleeps with it. It will moisturize ur lips. Don't apply lip gloss..lip gloss is..kinda more concentrated n sticky n not really easy to take off. It might worsen ur lip condition. U can find Vaseline almost anywhere..Watson, Guardian, any local pharmacies and even supermarkets. Price is really cheap..I thing less than RM10. And 1 more thing...Drink lots of water too.
