saw few units for sale last 2 motnhs ago for royal domain....out of 7 units that i saw, 5 of them gt water leaking or tiles pop out problem......Mayland quality, u knw la...but location good la.....

last year still can fnd fully renovate unit at high floor 12++ sqf unit with 2 car parks at 480k...now everything above 500k even for bare unit with 1 car park
