Our RM is already toilet paper.. best to not invest overseas now.. i hope they delay LRT 3 now n MRT3 even later on.

circle line earliest can expect is around 10 yrs time based on MRT1 to MRT2 succession..

seeing RM keep dropping really quite heartache... I think will continue drop? that's why thinking of diversify some to overseas at least can use currency to hold some value ... haiz.. really headache..

rmbr if u buy oversea now n RM return to normal at 3.5 to 3.7 USD, u koyak... good luck with managing a prop oversea..

exactly... like i said many changed to usd when it was 3.0-3.3.. now is a great time to cash in.. if u change now, whats the upside?

Thinking of get Australia Property, coz pay 10% then remaining few years later completion only pay. Aussie also drop right? but seeing Malaysia politic issues and government...should be can't solve economic problem in short time. unsure.gif

The property is quite well-maintained. Location is good if you're working at KL downtown.

currently renting a condo in dutamas side but the price is too high for those over 15 years condo. So i made up my mind for other condo around that area
