How come my R501 got crack sound when the pitch is high?i put my wave to 50% d but also got crack sound while hearing to music at volueme 3 level 1...after voleume 4

My R501 Front Right satelite has a problem....i compare with the front left the sound softer and its not powerful...can it be fixed?
