Since you are hiring an auditor, might as well just use their services to do the accounting. I always use professional services in my accounting, to save my headache, and in case anything happens, I can take legal action against the firm.

I got to know this friend through another investor friend. I think he is truly working ON the business, not IN the business as most people. Starting as employee for a factory, then do part time one-man-show business, then convert to full time biz and hired staffs. Then start to invest in Real estate.. bought 10 plus apartment in 3 years, then sold most of it and i heard profit quite a lot. Then now extending to online business selling precious metal (i.e. gold & silver) for investment purpose. Typcial Employee --> self employed --> business owner --> investor model as per robert kiyosaki's model. One important thing i learned from him, business will never make you rich, it only gives you some cash flow... use the cash flow to invest, then that really make you rich! He asked me one question: if you have a choice, would choose RM 1 mil at one go, or RM 50k every month but for forever? Then only i understand which one more important

Couldn't agree more , by doing this only then you'll be able to continue to expand your business. By training up new people to take up your current job and you continue to move forward. But considering the scale of my current business, it's not feasible to hire an operation manager/ shop supervisor yet . Eg basic salary of 2.5k + sales commission + some other benefits. Not that I'm not willing to pay this amount but can't deny the fact that they may slack on their job as they consider themself makan gaji only. You might need to keep changing people and retrain them.

I have thoughts of partnering with  those who are working now and have plans to venture into f&b business. It should be a good opportunity for them as the startup risk is minimize and they can learn faster as I will be still assisting in the business.

for now, my car already involve in accident 2 times, fortunately not involving the other cars. saman, also got. but everything is fine. when we learn we will
know what to do. new or 2nd car, depends on how long you want to stay in the market. to start just start with 2nd hand car, make sure not more than 5 years old car.

          I'm trying to start up the luxury bag business but i've encountered some roadblock. i can get the stock at decent price (compared to the market price), but i dont own a shop and have been trying to sell by person and do not have the clientele of rich people to buy it, anyone got any idea i can go about this? i tried cold calling but to no avail too:( would appreciate advice in this from those with experience...thanks a lot in advance...
