Hi,

I got RM50k of my saving and intend to start a small business.I'm willing to do full time.Currently i got some skills in repairing mobile phones and i got source for spare parts locally.In my town perak,there is handphone shops that do selling,trade-in and repairing like usual phone shop and i'm skeptical if i could go thru.My concept are selling variety of used phones,reloads and wide range of spare parts of mostly all major handphones brands including china-made phones.No new phones!I won't sell spare parts but i'll do repairing/replacement of faulty parts.I've planned this for some time but 50-50 in venturing in it.Nowdays there's handphone shops almost every corner of barrack and i'm skeptical if i'll made thru.In future,i could order spare parts directly from manufacturer since i knew some way to get it with cheap price than local.I'm not a graduate or person with high academic,currently working as a technician in computer shop with so n so salary and got some health problem(spine/central nerves) that limit me from moving/walking around so i guess i should do something now for my future.Pls advise.

Any other input are welcomed.I got the skill but since there's alot of competitors,i worry if i'll burn all my saving/capital and end up the business closed.

I have the same idea but i'm thinking to open it at shopping mall lower ground which are reserved for F&B.In my area,this shopping mall lower ground is specially reserved for F&B and there's starbucks,olden day kopitiam,pelita nasi kandar,kenny rogers.

I'm planning to sell bubble tea,all types of tea,coffe,waffer,cakes,doughnuts,puffs and ice creams.
The doughnuts i'm planning to intro is something like dunkin and the ice creams like baskin robin with cheaper price since my town is in perak where people won't pay anything rated to KL pricing.Planning with WIFI facility as well.

I'm planning to do something and this will be my first business,i thought of opening a gadget store but there's already alot of that type of stores here.
I have some experience with everything mentioned above since my parents owned a bakery before except ice cream but i'm willing to learn.

I need input pls.

Lol...then invest RM30k with me.I've got the plan but not enough capital.Legal business selling gadgets,got sales or no sales u'll get your interest of 4.7% - 6.7% PA(Or will divided to be paid monthly),3yrs lawyer agreement with black&white.Once reach 3yrs ur 30k will be returned or u can choose to keep the investment with me for your 4.7-6.7% PA (Upon both parties understanding/agreeable).Almost like fd but higher interest rate.

Legit questions.Let me share you the situation and do let me know if you got a solution.

A paraplegic (physically disabled) man,in his 20's been trading in small scale thru online for few years but the online sales income are just enough to feed himself,medication etc and lives a below average life.Trading since 2005,no proper income or anything to show the bank to get loan.Tried working as clerk full time and online trading part time but health condition doesn't permit.What would u do?plus u came up wit a plan to sell something that barely sold in that particular town,there's few lots remaining at the mall to be rented.U got the cheapest product supplier and currently there's none of alike shop/business going on at that particular town that u wanted to start-up this business.This product same like mobile phones,where there's alot of models and it won't distinct but there will always be an updated version every few months once being released,plus not only that particular products,u can display ur current online trading products,yeap used mobile phones,plus repairing service.Opening a mobile phone shop alone at this era is like pointing a gun direct to ur head to be triggered anytime,therefore,u wouldn't bet on it alone.I guess this plan is feasible.Simply a Sales&Service business.

Other than my previous 30k investment plan,what else i could do?I would be a silly person if i've got the 30k but asking someone to invest and pay them interest for being a sleeping partner?the return % is calculated carefully which i could afford to pay the investor not a blind bet on.
