RHB Visa Infinite MBF World Mastercard CIMB Enrich World Mastercard OCBC Platinum Mastercard(If you are not their Priority Banking customer) UOB Midas Platinum Visa/Mastercard For charge card category: Amex Platinum charge card I am sure OCBC Platinum Mastercard is not a difficult or high class one la.. - Few of my friends got a housing loan from ocbc, income like 4k plus/month they are offered ocbc plat card without even applying it. They all say it is free for life as long as they still serving the load so they just take loh.. |

QUOTE(krylicius @ Mar 29 2010, 05:04 PM) Maybe your friends have good credit rating, and they repay the loan on time..so they are offered a plat card..some of my friends have plat card offered to them too.. QUOTE(MilesAndMore @ Mar 29 2010, 06:35 PM) Not exactly too hard but since it is reserved only to the mass affluent customers who they think have the biggest potential of one day becoming a high-net-worth, super-high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth individual, i guess this card is pretty exclusive too. The said cards are HSBC Premier Mastercard and Standard Chartered Priority Banking VISA Infinite. Haha, I am back! no one platinum anymore..The credit line of HSBC Platinum VISA starts at RM30,000. So, if you were to apply for this card using another Platinum or higher credit card, it must has at least RM30,000 of credit limit. Average. Usually for new cardholder, the credit limit given will be 2x - 3x of your monthly salary. You can do the maths yourself. So is that mean normally if your income is lower than RM10k per month, you will not able to get the HSBC visa platinum? Really so difficult to get meh? I see SCB plat requirement is very low. |

QUOTE(deeplyheartbroken @ Mar 30 2010, 09:30 AM) Most 0% balance transfer installment or 0% easy payment, the trick is that there is a cancellation fee or so called 'admin' fee if the card holder opt for early full settlement. want to ask hor... my bf got a platinum card with credit RM25k. Can he apply for HSBC visa plat? Annual income sure tak ada RM150k la.. hahaha... anyone got hsbc visa plat card without meeting their requirements ma?? |

QUOTE(deeplyheartbroken @ Mar 30 2010, 05:12 PM) Thus far pretty happy with what Citibank Plat cc has to offer, 10000 reward points + a free portable GPS. Somemore now promo can get 5x points from major hypermarkets & supermarkets. One drawback is that their CS always seemed blur about their latest promo or offerings. Plus, it is quite weird that their Plat dedicated line number is not imprinted at the back of their Plat cc these days, wondered why? Where still can get the citibank GPS promo ?? last time I know they have it at the curve. |

I would like to ask if my friend's got a plat card with 30k CL but hor her income not reach RM60k per annum le.. can she apply for other plat card from alliance bank (min 80k), citibank (min 100k) and HSBC (min 150k) ? If yes, is that mean CL is more important than the annual income?????

QUOTE(MilesAndMore @ Apr 20 2010, 06:03 PM) Yes. She can apply another Platinum credit card with other bank using her existing Platinum card with 30k of credit limit. It could be hard for HSBC Platinum VISA though. HSBC Group is known to be very selective in granting new credit card worldwide. Without the required income can apply too hor if they got 30k CL?? HBSC is difficult to apply???? I thought same like others too?Hopefully more banks will have similar offer soon. So far we only know Hong Leong Bank, EON Bank, Bank Rakyat and Affin Bank can waive the credit card tax ... what is the minimum CL to get world card ? |
