what happen to maybank...been calling their Customer Care hotline at 1-300-88-6688 for almost 2 weeks everyday...no one pick up the credit card line...close down already is it

RHB BANK damnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn suck okay. I've canceled 2 cards with them last month. But this month, i received a statement with the RM50 TAX!!!!!! Expiry date for cards is on March. What the hell is this? They ripping their customer like this!!! so mad now!!!!

Just scolded the RHB agent. I don't know if he is bullshitting there or what. He said the tax imposed on my card will be reverted 3 months later. For during this 3 months I will received letter for late payment and charges but he said ignore it and RHB bank will credit back the tax for me later on. WOW who will believe this bullshit??? Who wanna apply RHB bank stay away from them. My credit card got no outstanding balance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Conclusion :

You cancel card > They hold cancellation > GST Charged RM50 > You call them complaint > They will revert to you 3 months later > 3 months anything can happen.

If they don't revert the GST, interest will be snowballed in your account. RHB suck. Okay.. forgive my language I'm in dilemma whether want to settle the RM50 and move on or wait for revert.

What are you talking about anyway? What agent? I think you misunderstand the situation lol

I have 2 RHB card for few years. But since tax imposed this year, plan to cut them off. I canceled it on February before the GST RM50 imposed on March. What the hell 2 weeks later my card is still active in their system and BAMM BAMM tax charged. Now are you clear with the scenario?

So conclusion, maybe is the branch staff did not submit my cancellation form to HQ so screw them

It is good to have a secure verification process but sometimes if it gets way too long, it is annoying. Just want to check some simple transaction of credit card but its like taking exam answering so many damn questions. Is is annoying! Thats right. Its you CIMB BANK!
