not really.. but clock max 130km/h at 3.5k rpm. but did not maintain the same speed for long time during my journey (most of the time between 100km/h ~ 110km/h). cant help it coz using East coast hiway (straight road and very boring if drive slowly ) keep rpm between 2k ~ 4k as per manual stated (varying speed)

i read that article saying need to rev it to the max...
if with dyno is even better... coz can maintain high rev to breaking in~
if on the road he says use lower gear to rev it to high RPM...
no 4k but 8k... LOL.. not for long.. try ur best to rev as high as u can~
if that is false info... will the engine blow?

hahaha.. i also don't dare la.. i also want others to try first rev to the max. mostly other people will drive below 110km/h only for break-in.. hehe.
at rpm 3.5k also i already begin to worry. i still stick to manual guide.. between 2 ~ 4k rpm. haha

There is 1 germany brand leather at EcoTint (2 yrs warranty), Full ~ RM2K, Half ~ RM1.6

I will consider it once I decide to change to leather wrapping seat.

quality not bad.. my korean friend said need bulk of 20 above this time only proceed order...
so maybe u guys can gather again for the next batch...

Firstly thank you iluvena, yhlee12, julz76 and kennyphan for your kind replies. I took two day break from checking LYN Forte forums to clear my mind (normally check daily) so sorry for late response 

I am looking for honest and reliable SAs. Not expecting any discounts because this is a new car but I have heard some good feedback regarding some SAs so I wanted to explore more on that area. Met 3 diff SAs previously but unless you know them a bit better you wonder whether they are over-promising, so some prior experience from fellow members really helps. You have your good view points and I respect that. Am professional thus don't hold the one referring responsible as its an arrangement between me and the SA. Its really not realistic to randomly visit each SA thus this forum would to help us mitigate this imperfect information (too much economics talk).

Ok moving on. I test drove the car twice and love the interior and great features . Preferred colour would be Bright Silver. Now eying a 2.0sx but am sharing the anxiety fellow forummers who have booked the 2.0 so might gun for a 1.6sx. Also still wondering whether prices are going up next year...

i luv how the water glides across the body of my forte after the glow just a little blow and it just glides smoothly. 

also i nearly kena 2nd price 4d on sunday with my forte number there goes RM30k

Julz, I joined MyFORTE club dy but since didn't have my baby yet, so didnt post anything. I will post the photo of my Forte tomorrow cos camera with gf.

Today I tested uphill (small hill at Jalan Yap Choy Yee and also Jalan Delima) and it was powerful enough to me and i didnt really step on it hard. As compared to my Spectra, a lot lot more powerful and as compared to my gf's Latio Sport, slightly less responsive. If you are wondering, both my gf and I add up to around 130KG and only two of us in the car, didn't try 4 adults uphill yet.

I went up Cameron Highlands twice with my Spectra without problem but of course very high FC, so i think Forte will do a lot better

BTW, I was a bit shocked when i saw that the 30km/h and 50km/h on the speedometer without any light and was very disappointed for the defect, but after checking Forte.my and the broucher, well it is by purpose and not a defect ... anyone know the reason for not lighting up 30km/h and 50km/h? 

Another thing is the power window buttons for back passanger are without any light, not like the driver and front passanger (with red light) right?
