Rules 5 (1) and 5 (3) of the Motor Vehicles (Prohibition of Certain Types of Glass), Amendment 2000, stipulate that the front windscreen should permit not less than 70% light transmission, while the back windscreen and side windows should permit not less than 50% light transmission.

i got an email from KIA support centre, someone gonna call me and follow up with my complain of KIA service centre charges various unessasary items put into our car during service.

anyone got such experience yet? i might can add in.

lol of course its hot on the hood dude..... and yes u can check ur temperature inside ur car by selecting the option on ur instrumental panel

KIA cars have high engine temp. I my other friends told me before, the old kia spectras is very hot too, it can vaporize the battery water quickly. as for mine, the engine is hot,but the bonnet is not, coz insulated already.

engine temperature is critical for the engine to run efficiently. Cars from colder countries normally have very hot engine . eg merz, thats y we can hear the loud cooling fan sound tens of meters away. my mom's previous Renault also very hot, and the fan will keep on running even the engine has been turned off.

hello all.. i've just came back from 1st service at puchong.. overall experience so so only.. they need 3 times align and test drive my car. but i still feel the prob has not been resolved yet.

about the performance. i dunno la.. likes never change the oil.. is it normal? kinda heavy. just hope they really change the engine oil..

and for 2.0.. i've another story to share.. ok like this..
my SA had received information that the fastest can get the car is on january. but again they stick to their previous statement coz dont want overpromise.

and for first batch 2.0, all of them for langkawi market becoz they have problem with custom. for 1.6 they dont have problem coz price structure they just follow spetra.

in langkawi they dont have duty import tax. dunno how naza will resolve this prob with custom for peninsular and east malaysia.

but for sure the car price in 2010 will be increased due to increased in excise duty.. coz duty import will be decreased (gov action to encounter afta and to protect proton)

and for those who book now, they don't promise can give previous price. except for those who have the car allocated (deposit + dpayment + loan approved).

i just share this story. not to make things worst. but you should expect the worst if the car price really increased on next year. cheers

   The K King Long logo looks nice.. But i am in doubt to go for KIA  logo or K.. Do some googling n found out that K logo is stand for King Long logo.. A china made bus vehicle.. If so, then we are turning our Forte in china brand vehicle? My Forte will arrive 2 month...     No stock !

Different la bro ! I do googling again on KIA History... The design of KIA emblem change from time to time to suite the trend.. The Spectra K logo is more then that.. It is original KIA logo.. But, K logo king long.. Is belong to King long vehicle..Just my 2 cents.. Still try to find the best for my Forte

Dear Forte-ians , Those whom are interested pls let me know your name ( to be personalised on the sticker ) . I will get the quotations for the sticker, per sticker shouldnt be more than RM 40 if we order in bulk of coz ( let say min 20pieces).. Will be back next week for the confirmation on the prices. So are we going to choose either one? or we use both design for our FORTE Car sticker?
