Aihhhhhhhhhh im damn pissed offfffffffffffffffff with careline!!!!!!!!
Already signed the loan & paid downpayment, till now still cant even get an allocation, their process is totally bullcrap. I thought after u sign the loan, it will be valid for 1 month only? after that need to go and resign again right? Anyone can shed some light on these? |

QUOTE(victoryong @ Dec 29 2009, 10:36 AM) At Naza Kia, they only allocate after booking fees + load approve + down payment. To lock-in the car, you'll have to provide down payment. Here it goes again.. chicken and egg questions/answers.. if you are sure that you wanna buy, better provide down payment and lock-ion the car. If you are still unsure, because you need the car quick like in 1 months time.. to be practical and frank, don't wait, get another car. well, what if u settled everything and yet they're not able to allocate the car for u within 1 month period? allocate the car need to take so freaking long meh?I feel the car is worthy waiting for.. I drive a spicy red 1.6SX And also if im not wrong the loan period is up to 1 month only, if still havent get ur car within that period u need to go back to the bank and resign again is it? For me loan can get approve within a week or so depending on ur document but not this freaking car, so they should have allocate (lock-in or whatever u called it) the car first den once the car is ready for collection, buyer will sign the loan and pay the remaining balance (downpayment) This is the FREAKING way to to business, not just overpromised and keep pursuading customer to settle everything and wait for nothing! |

I believe by going through the branch manager will be a better solution instead of calling the stupid careline damn useless.
Always know 1 - 3 months waiting period these & that, told them got ppl got their car already, so what is this all about, said dunno WTFFFFFFFF!!!!! |

QUOTE(miet @ Dec 29 2009, 11:23 AM) I think Careline is not reliable..see..this kind of attitude !!!WTF you can get their branch manager's contact number via the nazakia website... no need to walk in unless u wanna show em ur very upset & angry face~~ lolBetter way i think must break into their branch office & talk to the manager. |

QUOTE(victoryong @ Dec 29 2009, 11:24 AM) One way is to complain the formal way. Write letter to Kia Malaysia and Kia HQ Office in South Korea.. but that will take long response time.. Am I bad or what.. hahahaa.. teach ppl how to complain to the max yeah wish too but its hassle to go through this hahaha, i rather just screw em up on the phone or if possible go meet them up and screw them upside down!Added on December 29, 2009, 11:27 am QUOTE(JoLee @ Dec 29 2009, 11:26 AM) Perhaps we all could collectively draft a letter and sign to prove that we are serious and bring to Kia's attention. ohmygod will visit their HQ in no time and give a little talk to em', lets see whats the outcome by den...This post has been edited by jimmy.soo: Dec 29 2009, 11:27 AM |

QUOTE(victoryong @ Dec 29 2009, 11:30 AM) I believe this is a good idea. No point dealing with lower level careline or middle management of Naza Kia. Its just a waste of time, then complaining like current without any much firm action, will do no good. My two cents.. oh well, but who wants to draft the thing out? hahahahaall i know is fill up my personal details |

QUOTE(bbear @ Dec 30 2009, 12:12 AM) I decided to give Kia a chance but they abandon me and I gave up on them today and canceled my booking. hahaha the D spec is not value for money... door protector visor? what is that? a rubber on each of the door? For those looking for Forte 1.6. Naza-Kia has updated their price list to have 3 models for 1.6 now. Prices below are OTR - 1.6EX : 75,800.00 - 1.6SX : 81,800.00 - 1.6SX-D : 86,800.00 The 1.6EX and 1.6SX are as what we seen last time.. 1.6SX-D ( I am guessing - D = Deluxe ) On the price list, stating Accessories Package 1) Leather Seat 2) Door Protector Visor 3) " Exclusive Stylish Aeroparts " ( Front, Rear, Side Skirting & Rear Spoiler ) Now, I started to heard some current 1.6SX cursing that they got the car earlier. the bodykit looks fugly in my opinion, u can get better version sooner or later (aftermarket) leather some ppl prefer not to have it with the current attitude that they are having, i doubt ppl will likely go for the D spec |

QUOTE(winlose2582 @ Dec 30 2009, 12:24 AM) Maybe the Naza will pull out the 2.0 for the time being and launched another new model for 1.6sx.. i believe its the bodykit they offered but its different from SG market... kinda ugly. The BK comes from NZ galazyFor a price RM5k with leather seat, add on Skirting & spoiler (Is it the bodykit like Sg or just the normal skirting?) and door visor... If the skirting mentioned is bodykit set, then definetely is a good deal.... |

QUOTE(Scotch2009 @ Dec 30 2009, 04:34 PM) Guys have u try ur shiftronic gear ... huh? the transmission itself only has 4 speed.... u cant get the secret-need-to-unlock 5 speed dude During running in hi-way in constant velocity, example 120km/h ; 3 rpm , can i shift to the + gear... which eventually will change to 5th gear. If goin up d hill , jus put D , can suddenly change to - ? u can use the shiftronic gear whenver u want, just push it to the left and start enjoying |

QUOTE(Scotch2009 @ Dec 30 2009, 04:43 PM) Thanx, yup... but lets say if u're crusing at 80km/h @4th gear, u wont be able to downshift to @2nd gear, slower than certain speed den yes u could or step the pedal more for it to do the job itselfIf already in 4th gear in D mode, we put to '+' it will no response lo... So if want to shift from 4th gear to 2nd gear , we need to shift the gear 2 times at ' - ' ... Added on December 30, 2009, 4:51 pm@twtang, u wont be able to downshift to 2nd gear for sure.... before u about to shift, ecu will actually "check" the rev range... to prevent u from revving over redline if u downshift the gear This post has been edited by jimmy.soo: Dec 30 2009, 04:51 PM |
