One of the good new may be a huge long term agreement given by Seagate. If this is true the future earning for JCY should be good and sustainable.

Come across a recent post on JCY in Feb. Make your own judgement.

JCY : An interestingly manipulated stock
Pump and Dump Schemes

"Pump and dump" schemes, also known as "hype and dump manipulation," involve the touting of a company's stock (typically microcap companies) through false and misleading statements to the marketplace. After pumping the stock, fraudsters make huge profits by selling their cheap stock into the market.

Pump and dump schemes often occur on the Internet where it is common to see messages posted that urge readers to buy a stock quickly or to sell before the price goes down, or a telemarketer will call using the same sort of pitch. Often the promoters will claim to have "inside" information about an impending development or to use an "infallible" combination of economic and stock market data to pick stocks. In reality, they may be company insiders or paid promoters who stand to gain by selling their shares after the stock price is "pumped" up by the buying frenzy they create. Once these fraudsters "dump" their shares and stop hyping the stock, the price typically falls, and investors lose their money.

The discussion on JCY attracted 130 posts in i3-forum. I do not read or follow, but I notice one link given by a person, alerting the 'scam' in manipulating JCY stock. YUP ... it is MANIPULATED. Not only JCY is over-valued, technically it is very difficult to buy at currently level. You could easily guess that the HERDS of KLSE's kaki are following JCY, buying into the news(such as Thai flood) and such.

NO one will want to speak about businesses, logic ... or technical analysis simply fails. How far could JCY go ... depending on how much the syndicates or manipulators want to gain from the ignorance. I did briefly talked about JCY during my SAT' s meeting on how analysts do not have their own standings and change their views 180-degrees without any convictions.
It is a serious case for SC to check, indeed. But, since when markets are not manipulated? We could only follow the so-called smart-money(I never want to call the that ... they are not smart, they prey on ignorant retailers and greed investors) ... we should follow the music till it ends ... when will that be? No one wish to be the last fool ... but somehow, many more rushing in and we shall wait to see how far it could go? RM2? RM2.50? We shall see ...

It is your own call ... do not ask around if JCY is a buy? Because no one could tell you how far JCY could go, and when it drops ... will you be able to run ... be the first to get out? For me, I wont buy into a counter where valuation is stretched, where many herds rushing, when the wagon is moving very fast, when market is topping, when broker-houses and news giving you full optimism. I just dont work that way ... I am still a logical contrarian who stick with my first rule " DO NOT LOSE MONEY".

A trade without higher level of certainty, without logic will not be my cuppa ...
