QUOTE(Sanko @ Dec 17 2009, 08:59 AM) xixo_12: err... i need 4 CPU-Z information tabs its ok... i m just giving an idea to the participants on what to expect =Pbeast921, hilmiangah and OC4/3 : nice, score added kilowatt: i'm still considering whether to include i5/i7 or not. i'll do if the demand is there. and also need to find an extra prize. lol sup3rfly: hehe... need CPU-Z 1.52 and 4 information tabs. so all old SS i guess won't be accepted. will get my system up and run if i got the time... just for fun lol |

not sure if anyone face this issue with the new i7 200 x 20 but i dont get 4ghz exact, its more than the 9mhz range of the rule stated. if i set 199 x 20 it would be lower than 4ghz, also over the 9mhz barrier. anyone can verify this???
199 x 20 = 3992, this shd in range... This post has been edited by sup3rfly: Dec 20 2009, 02:37 AM |

QUOTE(Sanko @ Dec 22 2009, 05:17 PM) syazone: you can always try to clock higher than 3.6GHz personally after this compy. no problem with the pic. just for your info, i re-upload the images all in another server so that there won't be any broken link just in case. wanted to revive my RE + E8600 + A-Data Memory... wonder what damage would it do hrmm.... i'm wondering where's all the C2D/C2Q overclockers. suddenly so silent. sad case. |

QUOTE(Suk @ Dec 24 2009, 03:10 AM) Ok, NewBie 32M test. hi, you should leave the Finish windows on to take the screenshot else the results wont be valid, try to run less aplications before you running the superpi benchmark, this could shave off some time...pls comment. suk | Wins 7 32bit | Ci7 860 | 180x20 | Asus P7P55D | 2x2GB Corsair ![]() |

QUOTE(AMDAthlon @ Dec 27 2009, 05:13 PM) Okay..managed to cut around 40-50 secs. This time with Services Tweaks(turn off services & Apps). It turns out there is only 1 seconds(faster) diff if i end explorer.exe task. good job in shaving the time.... keep up the good work I only overclocked my HT Link and NB Frequency, didnt touch Memory Settings. It turns out my Windows 7 is faster than my nLite Windows XP by 10 seconds(both with same tweaks applied).Strange though - - There are no SS taken though(for the XP) 18:47.477 | AMDAthlon | Win 7 X64 | Athlon II X3 425 | 267 x 13.5 | Gigabyte MA770T-UD3P |2 x 2GB KVR DDR3-1333 | DDR3-1424 7-7-7-15 http://www.mypicx.com/12272009/SPI_32M/ Will find more time to tweak later(school ~.~ Next post should be tweaking RAM or HTT..Need see 1st - -.It ate alot of time..need patience |
