No sure any OSK188 users here. The online trading platform had been down since 9 Oct and till now still not being resoved - for more than one week!!

Also, no clue for any possible fix in foreseeable future. No special gesture or act taken to comfort the clients over the inconverniences induced except for one standard notice announcemnet.
Is this the current standards of service industry Take it or leave it.

I intend to switch to another online broker, the only issue is the hassle to switch all various stocks in my current CDS acc to a new CDS acc of a new borker. I really fed up with this kind of standards of services which still can exist in current consumer-focus services industry.

I don't think that we should deserve this kind of services unless it is a monopoly industry. I am thinking of getting the remisier of a new broker to arrange the transfer of the shares to a new CDS acc. It is really incompetent and not customer focus services that we get.
