I'm using hong Leona ebroking and they have live updates that can be used on google chrome. So far I'm very happy with the platform. Also very cheap booking rate.

I am using the value trade account which has a brokerage fee of 0.1% with minimum charge of 8 myr. also cash upfront is 99%

which means any trades you do are based on what you have in the trading account. no borrowing.
