I've been using RHB Invest for the past 6 yrs and no major complaint at all until last couple days when they change their online trading platform. Now it is a pain in the a**, damn slow to load and unfriendly...

Bet I'm going to switch my broker now..

I too have just registered. No news yet. Not even an automated email shakehead.gif
Am I supposed to call them? I need to get this done pretty urgently, before I leave the country.

If need urgently then better you go to their office. Your account will be open on the spot.

If you just doing the online registration, you need to get all the form sign up & go to notary public & send to form to them which I think take much longer.

Jupiter quite fast.

The proof? That day I bought AirAsia shares during the closing 'Trading at Last' stage. I click 'confirm', see my order matched within seconds. smile.gif

SO far i have no problem using HLE.
Quite happy with their service as normally i place orders 1 day before &
check the status on trading day.
Their execution is very fast in the morning session but afternoon session a bit slow.
I usually get my order matched in the morning and most of the time the first order itself which mean my order is placed right infront
but afternoon session i notice my queue is a bit far behind, sometime only get matched after a few transactions done.
Nevertheless, still happy with it.

Hi, there, are you still using HLE? have you notice they are being slow in the morning too? Takes several seconds to place in the ordera at 8:30am? I am planning to swich to other brokes.
