Pure curiosity. How many can you guys do?
Chinups as in the full set, not the 'cheating' chinups where you only come down halfway.
Fully extended hanging position -> Chin over bar -> Back to fully extended hanging position -> Repeat

Me,
Pushups : 30
Chinups : 4

Lame yeah I know. biggrin.gif

Pushups: 76
Chinups: 23
Pullups: 18

They're not wide-grip pullups, though. I can only manage about 10 or so of those. unsure.gif

yeah i guess it depends on what ur used to but generally pull ups are more difficult i think (based on the few articles i've read).

Doing the hundred pushups programme now (since i'm stuck for a few weeks with a sprained ankle, can't continue the stronglift sad.gif )

LYN, centre of misinformation
No it isn't. A pulling motion can almost never be a tricep dominant movement.
