So I was at KLPAC to watch "The Swimming Instructor" last week. Three actors, 2 hours. Two of the actors were male, and one of them (the swimming instructor) was 97% naked during the whole show. (Now, now, no reason to get excited.)

He also has a body many of you would give your left nut for. Massive legs. The most well-developed hamstrings I've seen up close. Puffy pecs. Balloon traps. And handsome and a very clear voice etc. etc.

But he has flat glutes. And that night, besides looking at the bikinied babe, I was staring at his glutes and asking myself: What went wrong with them? Why are they so underdeveloped, not just in relation to his other muscle groups, but simply ... underdeveloped?

And I realised that I, too, suffered from the same problem.

And just now I came across this article: http://www.easyvigour.net.nz/fitness/h_gluteus_maxintro.htm

I'm still figuring this out.

Running with full knee and hip extension causes a lot of hamstring development. Leg presses can help.
Maybe he doesn't ....SQWAT?
