Although I frequently backs Rafa, I do think that we need a change in tactic.I'm not backing for a new manager who might bring in unknown factors that either drop the club to worse position or to bring them up but if someone is there to be replaced Rafa, I would hope to see someone with GUTS.

Given a certain Mourinho, if his team is trailing with 1 goal in the last 15minutes, he would throw in another striker, leaving only 3 defenders back there...We need this kind of take-the-risk mentality.
