One shop in lowyat told me minimum is RM150. A ripoff for what you can do youself.

Panasonic and Fujitsu do have notebooks with Intel Core processors built with just passive cooling.

Btw, regarding the heatsink discussion, there isn't a need to remove the heatsink unless you want to change the thermal paste. I wouldn't really recommend doing that. Cleaning the dust off the intake vents, fan blades and the heat sink blades right at the exhaust vent is sufficient to get your notebook much cooler.
