Hi, I'm selling a house thru direct buyer, be soon we will be sign in legal office S&P and buyer will need to pay 10% to me, my question is :

1) Do i need to pass the original document to the lawyer/buyer?
2) What item i should bring along?
3) The original grand/title is in the bank (Cause still outstanding some amount), will they contact directly to my loan bank officially?

Thanks in advance if you can advice.

Regards.

1. pass to lawyer
2. ur previous s&p, nric
3. after signing s&p, the buyer's lawyer will contact your lawyer/ bank to get the redemption statement....b4 your bank release the title
