 DEAR ALL STREET FIGHTER FANS, SUPER STREET FIGHTER TOURNAMENT 2010 is confirmed... I confirmed that SSF4 MALAYSIA REGIONAL TOURNAMENT 2010 is set and we are now discussing on the tournament formats and rules...however, finalize rules will only announce a month before the tourney and after the game is released. For the TIME being, please let us know what is the BEST FORMAT you guys would like to see in this year most anticipating tournament...and remember - WE ARE PLANNING FOR A HUGE PRIZE too. So - all other state Street Fighters, stand by cause we are coming to your STATE soon !!! CURRENTLY - we are about to complete FIFA MALAYSIA REGIONAL TOURNAMENT and you guys may come and visit the event at SONY EXPO where you can play PS3 in 3D FULL HD. Future gaming industries plan already to produce games with 3D compatibilities...there is many others stuff to win and experience too. SO STAY TUNED !!! Yo Alan, best make the tourney at least 1 month after the launch of SSF4, that way players got time to learn new characters. No point having a tourney for SSF4 but everyone use back old characters. That said, 10k prize is bloody awesome XD.

I prefer the format that is used during the Tekken Tourney at Gardens and BSC. 1st round: Group match where the top 2 players of the groups are chosen. 2nd round until final : Knockout of best 2 out of 3 games, 3 rounds per game. Losers can change characters if lost one game. Never seen SF got team matches before |

Hmm...
YES tourney is suggested 1 month after the release of the game...not to worry...
FORMAT: TAG is good idea but worried for other states who dont have much participation...will look into this and I need at least 2 month marketing promo...
Added on December 13, 2009, 12:53 pmEvery state champ wins a ps3 - finals in KL wins RM10,000...really tempting....

I'll definitely be joining. Singles or tag.. doesn't matter, but tag should be nice as it's something fresh that we usually don't do in our local tourney. Nice to know its going to get 2 months promo, this should be something really big
