Guys, want to ask, if i were to use machine,dumbell,barbell to train muscle, which will be the better way?
1) Push the max weight that you can support, only do like 5 to 7 repeats each sets, do around 5 sets per day, and only train 1 or 2 muscle type per day.
2) Push something that is lesser than you can support, do like 15 repeats each sets, do around 3 sets per day, and train all muscle type everyday
which will be the better one?
