n not sure how much it charged on call rate bcoz i just gone -=rm7 just make call afew minutes..
but im on hyc plan...
i realize just now, even im just topup rm10 n make a few call n sms the credit goin low so fast..

It's true, I call already this morning, there was problem with active10,youth club and some other package I cant remember
It happened since yesterday night, I was charged 11cents per msg, it was supposed to be 1cent for me. Apparently there was also people who was charged 22cents, so different people got charge differently. The guy who took my call said it's going to take about 24 hours to settle this.

call 123 need to charge meh?

erm how old r u ts? if bellow 25, u r entitle to hotlink youth club. its a very good deal. 1 sen per sms to hotlink. 5sen per sms to other operator. 12sen per minute to hotlink, 15 sen perminute to other operator. and best of all ur credit expiry date is in 4 years time. lol

rm3 serve me for a month.. lol....

yep. they did to mine too. without me realisin. i taught the 2013 expiry was some bug or i got lucky. lol

Confirm la == i use HYC for a few months already... Some of my frens who use HYC also suddenly charged 11 cents. some1 called the hotline, they said will be fixed in 24 hours...

o.o scary. im assuming its 11cent per sms. anyway means hotlink know bout this d. so no needa worry i guess. as long as they refund. to ts, do let us know if they got refund now.

It's confirmed, last night I got 3 cents left. So today try to msg my gf cannot, so I topup RM10, then I noticed that my credit was deduct 11 cents per sms, after 2 times it's confirmed I called the hotline to check whether there was any changes with active10 package so the guy told me about the problem.

Just now something else happens that pisses me off, my gf just bought the super saver package but it still used your balance credit. e.g your total kredit RM3, bought the RM2 super saver. Balance RM 1, when you called someone the remaining RM 1 is being deducted instead of using the package you bought . I didnt bother la asking about refund coz I only kena 22cents, now my gf kena RM 2, and then still use her balance credit is totally not acceptable la.

now u know im not telling fairy tales...

jz called them. they said problem still not fixed yet... omfg... used till rm10 also i didnt know. when call my gf, suddenly call cut off.
check credit... left a few sen. niamah hotlink.
then went online check, charged me 11sen/sms ler.
n i asked if gonna refund, the person said... DON'T KNOW YET

Hah, then you can imagine how my gf felt, she got RM3 credit, bought the RM 2 super saver for 20 minutes, talk for a short bit then suddenly disconnected, try to call back then the was notified dont have enough credit, her RM 1 balance gone , even the super saver package is faulty today

haha... i feel ur pain... mine also very pain now. haiz...

all inconveniences are very much regretted.....

im using hotlink normal plan only...dunno they charged extra or not...

Lucklily my hotlink i use as a spare number only not my main number. Fuuu!!! I using digi mostly, lolz

i registered d. but i cant log in. i even reset the password. keeps sayin invalid log in. only can log in HYC web. - _ -

No use they show because my credit still missing they havent refund it yet

now their data cannot be trace.... they dunno deducted how much from me since last week sigh

I never heard of hotlink refunding. somemore they dun have ocs....you call them to ask for refund sure waste alot of money

thats quite true.. but if u call using ur home phone it will be cheaper..

last time use hotlink modem,very very slow to connect internet .
The agent ask me try trust them..they just know how 2 cheat ppl only

no need call them..just emailed them..next days, they will giv u a call....lodge few complaints b4 thru email..very efficient lol...

i suggest you open website, download ypur e-statement, see the rates

im following them (hotlink) on twitter - although im not using hotlink/hyc, yes they were aware of this matter, and promise to refund all your credit. so please be patient
