Can you pls recommend setup for Sentra N16 1.6 1st gen model?

My requirements are :
- Improve fuel consumption
- Improve power across the range (especially pick up)
- Maintain same sound level (don't like noisy exhaust)

Appreciate if you can detail/explain the changes with cost breakdown as I might have to do the changes in stages. Also please mention what will happen to the cat converter.
