Enable it on Toshiba Eco Utility and check again the power consumption ?

Toshiba Value Added Package for the fn keys...

The scrolling only happens on this page? What about other page in LYN that don't have MSI image? Still lag?

As for the usb, should be the one to play music while notebook still sleep...

DirectX 11 is preinstalled,
but some games still run at DX9..

Basically you need to install DX9 since it doesn't comes with the Win 7...
