I see them working on Saturday and Sunday as well.

QUOTE(awiekupo @ Apr 25 2011, 08:24 AM)
Thx again bro vince. Considering the bad weather that we're having around that area for the past few days, it is surprising to see that they still manage to come up with a good progress. Keep up the good work!

More and more ppl riding on the property market boom. I really doubt what is going to happen when property market bubble burst.

QUOTE(20yrsinsrisentosa @ May 2 2011, 11:35 AM)
i agreed to Condo Hunter. a good friend of mine was required to pay RM100k downpayment to buy a unit in Anjung Hijau Apartment at Bukit Jalil. The apartment owner would like to sell at RM350k (fried like 18th hell instead of only like hell) but bank's valuer can offer only RM200k. anyway, the problem of overestimate of own condo price got to be faced seriously and often by those buying a condo at starting price RM350k rather than us in the near future...

sigh. This PJS1 issue is a long story with selangor BN government previously.
There are the leftover ppl that did not get flat. Other ppl already got their flat in sri sentosa. There is not enuff land. The fxxker BN government did not identify a piece of land to let peter brickworks to build the last block. The existing land is for a school.

I cannot comment if peter is part to be blamed but the previous selangor government is definitely one of the major culprit on the land issue.
They quite a number of flat has been built these years in sri sentosa/sri manja. I dun believe the government cannot place them there if land is really the issue.

Look, the stupid junction to Kesas, after 10 years only open. Only PR take over and get MBPJ to spend $$$ to build.
The previous gov say no money for this project but how come PR got $$?

I hope the current selangor government can find a piece of land nearby to built the flat for the last block. It was proposed they move to lembah subang. Of course they dun wan lar, later not build how? and summore far from the existing place.

The problem is not about compensate. The state government want to compensate them RM30K each family. They don;t want. They want house. No land how to build house?

QUOTE(satellitegadget @ Jun 4 2011, 06:48 PM)
So all the construction work really stop d?

I think Peter's wanted to save their face or defending their right only? I dont think they couldnt afford to compensate those few squatters but have sufficient $ to proceed construction of the few blocks....otherwise they could have use the 1st disbursement for pilling until current stage...

We wouldnt know wat are the dispute btw developer n gov but i'm guessing gov now taichi-ing the pressure from the squatters to developer

At this stage, I'm not convinced gov would have the right to confiscate the land.

Perhaps u guys are right that the 1120 buyer, i sudnt be saying demonstrate, but rightfully gather and alarm the gov our concern?

We need to make sure the Selangor govt is not turning a blind eye on us 1120 purchasers amidst the whole 1-sided news coverage.

Edit: I just wrote an email to Hee Loy Sian on our behalf. Let's see if him or his assistants reply.

I think our next course of action is seeking Selangor government clarification. We need to contact developer and raise our concern to both developer and Selangor government.

Anyone has any constructuve idea how shd we proceed on this?

Added on June 6, 2011, 11:42 amI just called the developer @ 77829988 on the issue. They claimed that they have reached a mutual agreement with MB. The stop work order will be lifted in very soon.

Just now I passed by and I saw a few worker and excavator are moving at the site.

Anyone have concern shall call the above number to seek clarification

sigh. 30K also dun want. I also wanna own a squatter to get 30K.
I dun mean to offend them.

I've told developer, we also want to demonstrate at Selangor gov for our own rights.

QUOTE(pjamest720 @ Jun 6 2011, 06:40 PM)
Hi. I'm a buyer of 1120. Did not know so much trouble until i log in!

Called my friend in MBPJ and asked what the story is. He say the squatters too much, very opportunistic. In the past, offered them to buy low cost flats by the developer, MBPJ and govt nearby, they reject. Later, again offer them to temporarily move to Lembah Subang. Govt and developer absorb all RENT, they also don't want. Rent for free also don't want. Wah, I also want to be squatter. So many freebies. Somemore use my tax money to pay their rent.  mad.gif

Now they want to penalise the developer for moving these squatters out. A bit unfair right? Not their land. Give them options also don't want. In return, now govt want to seize the land. On what grounds? Wah, abuse of power man. So coz of squatters, we tax payers have to suffer for no apparent reason. And delay my new home in 1120? Who is going to pay my rent?

Count me in if want to demonstrate at govt.

yea. where is the social welfare dept?

Because MB didn't see us 1120 ppl demonstrate and make noise in the newspaper.
Ppl who make noise will only then get the attention.

Well Written!! Exactly my thoughts.

What is the social welfare department doing? Should they not help the disabled squatter on humanitarian ground?

Would you mind to share your letter for our reference. We can always write to them from thereon.

QUOTE(dikopio @ Jun 9 2011, 04:00 PM)
I've already rung them up but ms choo said they still negotiating and to give them time, probably next week.

they said this is a technical problem and not a cashflow problem.

I have also emailed down to khalid@selangor.gov.my,norzaton@selangor.gov.my informing them of our predicament and asking what is the implication of us buyers. Would suggest for you guys to also voice your concern with them as they need to look into our account too. The full info can be found at http://www.selangor.gov.my/main.php?Conten...cation=386&IID=

Its just too much. too greedy. If barisan nxxxx, u get peanut.

Mahalingam said today that the MBPJ had offered him a low cost flat at Lembah Subang on June 1 but he rejected the offer because it was a temporary solution to his predicament.

“Lembah Subang is too far away. I receive medications from a nearby medical facility. How am I to travel all the way from there to PJS 1 if I take up the unit there?”asked Mahalingam.
