leave it blank...jus need to fill up HSD (243799), PT is 1777, Parcel No. is ur unit number lol...

i submitted my EPF withdrawal application last Tue d....nw in process...

alamat hart ai jus put 1120 park avenue,bandar petaling utama, PJ...

photocopy IC, passbook, S&P (make sure ur floor plan is attached) and Mutual agreement...itu saja...

i damn kiasu....i reach there 7:50am...counter start by 8am....hehe, so i got No.1....if all photocopy document is attach, 10 mins settle...

reminder: bring all original IC, bankbook, S&P and mutual agreement for EPF staff verification yeah...

tat one i nt sure lo...coz i got all ori copy with me...worst come to worst, u have to run twice to EPF office..luckily my office is so near to EPF PJ...so once i done, i stil got time go for a tea b4 enter office.....hahaha

MV got carefour ma....sunway got giant rite???

after bz for whole day, nw onli got time follow back on this thread...

i did apply for PBB as well...PBB SA told will submit for me -1.9%...but end up only approve for -1.8%...WTH...all the bank i apply including PBB, SC, UOB get back to me within 4 working days...consider quit fast d la...

when phase 2 launching???price wise le???today i went TBK to sign de loan aggrement..paid 3k++ for lawyer fee n etc etc...nw waiitng for my EPF withdrawal...jus check kwsp website, still dalam process...

tak la wo...de lawyer firm jus give me de bill. it stated in de bill,

- Facilitis Agreement/Loan Agreement Cum Assignment rm 2092
- Less 30% under SRO - RM 627.60

that is another disbursements total is RM 1664.4...so total SUM UP i need to pay 3134.72

yes, mine is L type, and i din request for discount, they jus bill me -30% lol..

i paid by cheque...i dun think their lawyer firm got swipe machine kua...
