i second

there is indeed construction / piling takes place
only they are using new system which squeeze grip the piling & press into the earth

please take a look at the picture
i spoke to their supervisor

B5 & B7 is already completed
B3 & B1 is on the way
B9 not yet complete

according to him, it will take 1 or 2 more month

Gallery 1120 Park Avenue

you can see there a 4 bar platform
the crane / machinery sit on it - adjustable height with the help of hydraulic shaft also

each time before pressing, they need to make sure it is straight - timbang air
then squeeze to hold piling - after that press using hydraulic shaft also

wallah, no noise! only the squeezing make some noise, but not all the time

sekian melaporkan
thanks

The price base on the klang valley if 1120 park avenue completed the price should be rm 300 per sqf, mid valley the recent launch about rm 950 per sqf the resident definately rm 1,000 per sqf. You can say cannot compare but the whole klang valley price is increase 30 - 50 % from this year. If your friend say rm 200 per sqf very expensive, i thing your friend never buy property before. Now a days very difficult to get less than rm 200 per sqf condo or apartment in klang valley. Some more PJ area, PJS1 is the convenient place go to kl, pj and sunway. Just only short distance. Actually i am not worry about the price, i more worry of the completion date.

that is very tru, when i am worrying more on completion date, any other issue is not my issue anymore
so i also look fwd to have update news from you guys

sorry graneon

i think you bully many ppl here
but at that time i don't even pitty anybody hit for what you gain

but if kem1120 is really do as what he says, im gonna have to support him
not in my life cycle to discourage him if it is for our own good, the 1120 purchaser

Yes, you are right. But before look for explaination, get the right facts 1st , then pose the right question to the 3 daughters.  drool.gif brows.gif  drool.gif

dear all

sorry to say this, maybe this is because most of us is first time purchaser.
when it it almost 1 year, all ppl jumping out that the project (or it may look like) abandoned.

the thing is, we need to now what actual progress of the site first. then knock the 3 daughter real questions. the problem is now most of us is not in vicinity, so it maybe kinda hard to get some info.

update is also not as often as to my liking but still okay (every bi-weekly)
these update we need to increase, so we can comment on real situation not what we thought it is

if you are a boss, don't jump every time you met with trouble
you understand the problem first, correct thing here and there
if it still persist, than it is okay to jump & shout!

Too many assumptions and speculations is not healthy... Understand most of the buyer concerns but like they said, they still hv plenty of time to finish this project...

Amazingly few people is willing to spent more time to  write in lengthy just to debate rather than pickup the phone and try getting the fact.. sad.gif

awie,

do you know we cannot get right fact thru them

some clue possible, then to the site for exact picture

I have met another worker which is working fo Peter's

His name is mi, and he is an operator
ground level work have started for two block (most probably is B5)

each building is different contractor

mi have just return from work in taman desa papillon
he says it is almost finished - just a little bit here and there

he said, most of the same contractor will also be granted project in 1120 pa

this confirm if papillon desahill is finished, the worker will move to 1120 park avenue

1120 PA at 26-dec-2010
